일본의 파워 해러스먼트와 산재인정
본원고는 일본의 해러스먼트에 관한 입법상황을 소개하고 설명하는 것으로 한 국과의 비교법적 분석은 하지 않았다. 일본은 2020년 6월부터 해러스먼트에 대 한 정의규정이 삽입된 법이 시행되고 있고, 산업재해에 있어서는 정신장애판단 기준의 하나로 독립되어 산업재해인정에 보다 적극적인 자세를 보이고 있다. 산 업재해인정기준에서의 독립된 해러스먼트만의 기준은 해러스먼트의 이해를 보다 깊게 하고, 이에 대한 구체적인 예방에도 이어질 것으로 기대된다.
Power Harassment & Industrial Accidents In Japan
This paper introduces and explains the legislative situation of Harnessment in Japan, and does not conduct comparative legal analysis with Korea. Since June 2020, Japan has been implementing a law in which the definition regulations for harrors have been inserted, and when it comes to industrial accidents, it has become independent as one of the criteria for determining mental disorders, showing a more active attitude in recognizing industrial accidents. It is expected that the independent Harassment's own standard in the industrial accident recognition standard will deepen Harassment's understanding and lead to specific prevention.
